Service Description

Based on an ancient Japanese method of healing, Reiki uses Universal Life Energy to balance the body & mind. You remain fully clothed, lying on the couch whilst light hand placements are used over the whole body. Reiki energy is said to help rebalance the whole person in body, mind and spirit and can create feelings of deep relaxation.
